The therapy team at St Gemma’s Hospice work with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and skilled specialist palliative patient care of the highest quality.
Therapists have an active role in supporting and educating patients and their family and/or carers in order to promote life and enhance its quality. This may involve planning your discharge to your preferred location.
Our therapists work throughout the Hospice, on our In-Patient Unit and in Out-Patients as well as providing therapies to our patients in the community.
