Knit Easter animals and crochet baskets to help us raise vital funds this spring.
Easter Knits is back by popular demand!
As we head into 2025, it’s time to refocus and embrace Easter – and what’s the best way to do that I hear you say? Why it’s with our Easter Knits campaign!
Thanks to our wonderful knitters, chocolate providers and those who have sold for us over the years we have been able to keep this an annual fixture. Last year our supporters raised over £4,500, which has helped many patients and their families through a difficult time in their lives.
Thank you so much to everyone who has been involved and continues to support St Gemma’s Hospice.
Knit
Calling all knitters! Have you seen our Easter knits patterns? We would love you to knit these adorable Easter Knits!
Download our knitting patterns:
Please send them to St Gemma’s Hospice, 329 Harrogate Road, Moortown, LS17 6QD with your contact details so we can send you a thank you as a small token of our huge appreciation!
Fill
They will be filled with a Lindt Lindor chocolate truffle or Cadburys Crème Egg (or similar) and sold in the local community to raise money for the Hospice! If you can’t knit, you can still help by donating chocolates to fill the knitted chicks and other animals. You can find our chocolate wish list here.
Sell
Don’t fancy knitting or buying the chocs. Why don’t you sell them? Maybe through your work place, school or community group
