Dietary Requirements: All dietary requirements must be received by the Hospice at least three weeks prior to the event (by 7th November 2026). If any dietary requirements change, any amendments must be also be received by the Hospice at least three weeks prior to the event (by 7th November 2026). Age Restrictions: All attendees of the Winter Ball must be over the age of 18 years old. This is due to the free provision of alcohol and gambling activities taking place on site. Payments: All invoices for tickets or table bookings must be settled by one month prior to the event (by 28th October 2026). Any tickets booked or invoiced after this date must be paid in full before the event. Photography and filming: Photography and filming will take place at the event. By attending, all attendees consent that and photographs and videos taken at the event may be used for future Hospice marketing purposes and in publications. Communication: Be registering, attendees agree to receive information via email pertaining to this event. Attendee Behaviour: The Royal Armouries will be responsible for excluding or ejecting any persons from the Property who it reasonably considers to be behaving in a disorderly manner (including any person engaged by the Customer to provide entertainment or perform other duties at the Event). If any person is removed they will not be refunded any ticket cost or any money they have spent in relation to the event. Refunds: A full refund will be given for cancellations received at least three months prior to the event (by 28 August 2026). From 29 August 2026, no refund will be available, unless by the discretion of the event organiser. No refund shall be given for purchase of travel tickets or accommodation.
