Spend a glamourous evening surrounded by the beauty of Paris, the perfect occasion to start the festive season with your colleagues and clients.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we bring the charm of Paris to Leeds for our annual Winter Ball

Enjoy fine dining, live entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere inspired by the City of Lights, with some fabulous chances to win lots of prizes.

Our familiar lucky key draw will be back with a chance to win a sparkling prize yet again this year.

Your guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz, followed by a three course meal and a night of live entertainment.

This is the perfect event to host clients and colleagues at the start of the festive season.

For the ultimate experience for your guests you can choose from two more table options to ensure your guests have a great start to the night!

Host a table for £1,500

Each of your guests will have their entry to the raffle, lucky key draw and a drinks package included. Your guests can simply arrive and enjoy the evening.

Don’t worry though if you want to buy more chances to win, you can purchase more raffle and draw tickets on the night.

Sponsor Table  for £2,000

Put your name to the table and get an increased presence at the event. You will have your logo placed in the event programme and your support of the event will be promoted on our social channels.

Your guests will also feel extra special, with all the benefits of a hosted table you will also be on a table closest to the evening’s entertainment. 

There are a limited number of these tables available so don’t delay.

These tables are seated as standard for 10 people. Please contact us if you would like to discuss bespoke table numbers.

Dietary Requirements: All dietary requirements must be received by the Hospice at least three weeks prior to the event (by 8 November 2025). If any dietary requirements change, any amendments must be received by the Hospice at least three weeks prior to the event (by 8 November 2025). Payments: All invoices for ticket / table bookings must be settled by one month prior to the event (by 29 October 2025) Photography and filming: Photography and filming will take place at the event. By attending, all attendees consent that and photographs and videos taken at the event may be used for future Hospice marketing purposes and in publications. Communication : By registering, attendees undertake to received information via email pertaining to this event. Refunds: A full refund will be given for cancellations received at least three months prior to the event (by 29 August 2025). From 30 August 2025, no refund will be available, unless by the discretion of the event organiser. No refund shall be given for purchase of travel tickets or accommodation.
