Now feels like the right time for me to pursue other opportunities and for St Gemma’s to appoint my replacement to lead the Hospice into the next chapter.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]”I am immensely proud of all that we have achieved as a team at St Gemma’s, including consistently excellent feedback from patients and families about their care, two Outstanding ratings from the Care Quality Commission and our University Teaching Hospice status. We have worked in partnership with others to raise the profile and importance of palliative and end of life care. We have the vision and ambition to make a difference to the people of Leeds, and we can deliver it because of our amazing staff and volunteers, the huge support we receive from our community and the NHS.
