The St Gemma’s Memory Wall

The memory wall is here to provide a place for the whole community to share their treasured memories, so you, family and friends can celebrate the life of someone special.

Paula Burke
Our beautiful little sister. We miss your dancing steps and your love for Elvis. You gave us a love that belongs to you—that's the wonder, the wonder of you. Thank you to St Gemma's for your incredible care.
Susan Wood
For 75 years Susan and I enjoyed a greatly valued friendship, which saw us through many ups and downs in life. I am missing her so much. We both enjoyed gardening and it is a great comfort to me to know she was able to be outside and enjoy the gardens in her final days at St Gemma’s. Thank you Sue for being such a good friend. Jen
Pauline Aspden
Pauline was an amazing woman she cared for all her family but she was taken far too soon, Pauline was so appreciative of St Gemma’s who was a massive part of her care when she deteriorated. We all love and miss her so much
Alice Burley
84 year of us being able to love you, the most cherished and amazing member of our family, loved dearly by so many, always smiling and there for us through everything. Missed beyond words and will live on with us all, our best friend, our whole world now and always.
Andrew Wood
In memory of a loving, caring husband, dad and grandad. Is missed everyday, always remembered.
Maureen Bushby
Fond memories of you Maureen at book group and in Aqua lessons. You will be remembered by many friends for your many talents, your wry sense of humor and your strong personality.
Paul Green
The best father, brother, husband and grandad anyone could ask for xxx
Francis Patrick McGovern
In memory of a wonderful friend, who has earned his rightful place in Heaven. I will miss Frank so much, but I also look back over the years of all the laughs we have shared, all the lovely afternoons sitting in the sunshine, discussing football and enjoying watching the world go by. Frank was the kindest man, with the most brilliant sense of humour. He was also a very wise person who always gave me great advice. He was a true friend who always had my back. God bless him.
Jennifer Cannings
If love could have saved you, you’d have lived forever. The void you have left in everyone who knew is felt, I hope you knew how much you was loved by so many people. See you soon, love you always Lindsey and your all family

Words cannot express the pain and sorrow since you left. A mother, nanny, Auntie , cousin and friend to many. You will be missed daily by many forever and always. Massive thank you to St Gemma for the dedication, knowledge, care and support given in the community to my mam. Susie was like a guardian angel in the hardest time my family has ever been through. She showed nothing but compassion and dedicated to my mam and us as a family and for that we will forever be grateful.
Tina Houlston
Tina was a sparkling star, full of energy, enthusiasm, fun and a workaholic – a great personality. We will miss her greatly.
