Donate Your Unwanted Items
All of our St Gemma’s charity shops can accept unwanted men’s, women’s and children’s clothes, shoes, handbags, toys, games, books, music and bric-a-brac. We can also accept electrical items (not large white goods) and our Halton Emporium, Chapel Allerton Furniture and Meanwood shops accept furniture donations.

We ask that any donated items are clean and packaged appropriately and safely when they are dropped off at our shops. Donations can only be made during our opening hours and should NOT be left outside our shops when we are closed.
If you are a UK taxpayer, ask to Gift Aid the goods you donate to our shops. Click for more information.
Alternatively, if you find it difficult to get to one of our shops please either use the contact form below or give us a call to arrange for one of our drivers to collect these items from you. Please phone 0113 255 7552 or click here to request a collection of items you would to donate.
Our St Gemma’s drivers drive clearly marked St Gemma’s Hospice white vans with green and purple logo. All of our drivers wear official St Gemma’s Hospice badges.
Please note that soft furnishing must have fire safety labels. We cannot accept large white goods. Please don’t be disappointed if we are unable to accept items for reasons of safety or quality.
