This study day aims to build confidence and skills in engaging in difficult end-of-life care conversations with people you support and their families or carers (Assistive & Registration levels, NHSE 2025).
This session addresses the challenges of delivering compassionate, person-centred palliative care for people with dementia (Supportive, Assistive & Registration levels, NHSE 2025).
