Mindfulness can help us to become more aware of the present moment, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and support us to be less reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Getting started with mindfulness

While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.

Our therapy team have created a series of guided relaxation and mediation sessions to support patients, families and carers alike. These sessions can be watched in any order and accessed online 24 hours a day.
